Berman and Schuman say that their company, specializing in multifamily asset management and property management, was founded specifically to provide services to institutional clients.
Entrada's principals have acquired and/or managed 16,292 multifamily units valued at $1.2 billion on behalf of institutional firms throughout their careers. Schuman career includes working for JRK Residential Group, Nazarian Enterprises and Aimco. Berman, before forming Entrada, worked for the Kor Group, AEW Capital Management and Wells Fargo's Real Estate Group.
