Ingham, a top producer in Southern California for JLL for the past 14 years, will be responsible for leading the company's team of 15 leasing brokers. He succeeds Leland Bruce, who is returning to full-time brokerage in the company's Irvine office.

According to Jan Pope, Southwest market director for Jones Lang LaSalle, Ingham "Not only will continue to act as a tenant representation broker, but he'll also help facilitate new and innovative commercial real estate solutions for our tenant and landlord clients in the market."

Ingham is an executive vice president in Jones Lang LaSalle's Orange County office. He is responsible for assisting clients with their Southern California transactions as well as working with clients on their national and international real estate needs. He has extensive experience assisting Fortune 500 and local Orange County companies with portfolio strategy, transaction management, site and building acquisitions/dispositions, sublease dispositions and lease transactions.

At Pacific Property Co., Nadal will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities throughout Southern California for the Northern California-based multifamily investment firm. Nadal is a 25-year acquisitions veteran who held a variety of senior investment roles with notable industry players before joining Pacific Property, including Pacific Gulf Properties, Lincoln Property Co. and CB Richard Ellis. Most recently, he was managing director of acquisitions and dispositions for Seattle-based multifamily investor Security Properties covering the West Coast.

Al Pace, Pacific's president and CEO, comments that, "At a time when competitors continue to retrench or exit the real estate business altogether, Pacific is focused on making significant new investments in real estate talent, seeking to advance the seniority and quality of our investment and asset management teams." In addition to Nadal, Pacific recently added industry veteran and former Fairfield Residential principal Jerry Brand as head of capital markets and Marci Byrne, an experienced senior asset manager, to head its Northern California and Pacific Northwest asset management effort.
