BH Properties owns the class A building, which features 16 docks and 24 foot ceilings. The property allows for easy access to both I-635 and I-70. The 507,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1975 and was recently renovated to add new lighting, upgrade the doors and repaint the exterior.
