Terms of the lease were not disclosed. KRC has been a tenant in the building for 10 years.

KRC wanted the option to stay in the current facility and was able to ensure certain concessions to help better run the business.
"As a logistics company, we can be mobile on where to run our business," says Doug DeVries, president of KRC. "Our goal was to remain in our current location with GE Capital Real Estate, and they worked to find the best solution for all of us."
