Art Santry's jump to Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers last month. One of the top producers in the Mid-Atlantic, Santry joined Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers to build out its tenant rep division. Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has also hired three brokers that specialize in this area, from CBRE, Martin tells GlobeSt.com.

Law firm strategic planning and building and tenant construction are Martin's specialties in this niche. He is bringing along several law firm clients with whom he has worked for more than 15 years. These include Arnall Golden Gregory, which maintains 140,000 square feet in Atlanta; Fulbright & Jaworski, which has a 121,000 square foot footprint in the DC area; Jones Day, which occupies 340,000 square feet in the area; Miller & Chevalier, which occupies 118,000 square feet locally; and Patton Boggs, which has 190,000 square feet here. "I will continue to work with these firms," Martin says.

Martin's background includes 20 years in project management at Trammell Crow Co. He plans to leverage that expertise to help Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers build out development management as a product line as well, he says, joining forces with Gary Helminski, managing director and national leader of Project and Development Services at Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers. "There is real growth potential for us in this area," Martin says.
