The buildings include the four-building Waterplace Park, Fidelity Keystone Office Tower and Fidelity Keystone Office Park. The Waterplace Park complex totals 113,000 square feet with buildings located at 8925, 8935, 8945 and 9011 N. Meridian St.
The Fidelity Keystone properties total 74,000 square feet and are located in Carmel, IN. The class A building of Fidelity Keystone Office Park is mostly vacant according to company leasing information. Fidelity Keystone Office Tower is a four-story building that was recently renovated in 2007.
