The five-year, fixed-rate loan was secured on behalf of the property-owner, Regency Centers. The property is fully leased, anchored by Stop & Shop and BJ's Wholesale Club.
HFF's Jim Cadranell helped secure the loan from the local lender and noted that Commerce Bank & Trust "recognized the long-term value and stability of Speedway Plaza."
