Ford comes to G&E from Asset Management Services, a full service real estate firm that he ran as president for eight years. Prior to that, he was COO for Orion Partners Ltd. Commercial Real Estate Services, a Bay Area firm. Prior to that, he held senior positions at TRI Commercial Real Estate, Whitney Cressman Limited Real Estate Advisory Services, and PM Realty Group.
Grubb & Ellis Management Services handles a portfolio that includes more than 200 million square feet of assets owned by corporate, institutional, government and private clients. Ford will report to Mark Geisreiter, executive vice president, managing director of Grubb & Ellis' Bay Area operations.
