"Establishing our U.S. business marks a significant milestone for Xchanging as it forwards our ambition to be the global business processor of choice for our customers," says CEO David Andrews. "This investment is a reflection of our commitment to the US market and our US customers."

The O-Hare-located office was specially designed by Xchanging's in-house architects in order to reflect the state-of-the-art format the company exhibits in its other offices around the world.

"Chicago is a global city and was the natural choice for Xchanging's US headquarters. Chicago's strategic location, world-class infrastructure and vibrant workforce are the perfect combination for us to serve our fast growing customer base in the region," says Steven Beard, president of the Americas region. "Xchanging is a customer-centric organization and the city allows us to be closer to our customers and to respond faster to their needs."

Xhcanging isn't stopping with a single Chicago location. The company has plans to invest in the development of a campus-style Center of Excellence that will serve as a training facility for employees. The company will also open seven processing centers throughout the US to support its US clients and growth throughout the region.
