"We are excited to offer our services to the Chicago market; the Alliance brand and operation philosophy will benefit both new and existing clients," a company spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com.
The move was due in large part to client demand. "We are a national company and this move will assist in filling our clients' needs. We are excited to be able to meet their request," the spokesperson says.
Heading up the Chicago market will be Glenn Rand, SVP, and Julie Stewart, regional manager. The office will grow its staff as needed by the client and the market, the spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com The two will be located on floor 29 at 222 S. Riverside Plaza downtown.
With the office in place, Rand and Stewart are ready to hit the ground running. The spokesperson says the company has "been making arrangements for the move into Chicago for several months," and is already conducting deal discussions with local clients. The specifics of the properties Alliance is looking at couldn't be revealed at this point as the deals are in the early stages.
