The new lease, at 910 Kimberly Dr., will give the Carol Stream, IL-based company additional access to I-355. The facility has 30 foot-clear ceilings and eight loading docks and is only a block away from the other Demar facility.

Cushman & Wakefield's Britt Casey and Michael Hawryluk represented building owner, TA Associates Realty in the deal. Demar was represented by Timothy Gallagher of Gallagher Realty.

The C&W team worked with the Village of Carol Stream to gain special use and land-banked variance permission to make sure the deal could close. Steven Karlson of NAI Hiffman and Al Arns of A&M Architects worked with the Village and C&W team to work out this portion of the deal.
