The building is fully leased. Tenants include Children's Memorial Outpatient Center, Hinsdale Orthopaedics Associates, Partners in Obstetrics and Women's Health, Advanced Eye Care, Spectrum Eye Institute and The Silver Cross Center for Women's Health.
Dan Miranda and Robert Titzer with HSA Commercial Real Estate, the parent company of HSA PrimeCare, oversaw the project.
The Health Center is the first building to open on the Silver Cross Hospital campus. Eventually the project, which is located at 1870 Silver Cross Blvd., will include a 600,000-square-foot hospital facility as well.
Silver Cross Hospital is a non-profit company based out of Will County. The company currently operates a 304-bed hospital as well as eight additional facilities for outpatient services and medical offices.
HSA PrimeCare focuses on the healthcare industry developing and managing properties throughout the Midwest. The HSA division currently has a portfolio of 700,000 square feet worth more than $160 million.
