Esther Yelen Berman will join the company as vice president of commercial sales, after 17 years with Jameson Realty. She will focus on shopping center sales and triple-net-leased free-standing properties in the Midwest and Southeast.
"Joining @properties provided me with an opportunity to be part of a growing commercial real estate division, to continue to mentor others, and to partake in the synergy of a company with over 800 agents," Berman says.
Pat McGuire will also take on the role of vice president of commercial sales. McGuire also made the move from Jameson Realty after 17 years with the Chicago-based firm. The 25-year veteran specializes in land assemblage for retail, residential, mixed-use and transit-oriented development projects.
"I came to @properties because of the company's remarkable growth in both sales and leasing despite the tough market. They have innovative marketing and training programs and are very attentive to the needs of agents and clients," McGuire says.
Michael Weber is now a senior commercial broker. Weber joins @properties from Sheldon Good & Co. after years of focusing as a commercial investment broker in the River North area of the city.
