According to executives with Arthur J. Rogers & Co., who arranged the deal for owner IAC, the company chose this site "for its cable distribution operations, citing the property's location and amenities, which include a mechanic's bay and a secure truck court, as the reasons for its selection."
DHL was previously occupying the space but canceled its six-year lease leaving the space available for AT&T. Jeanne Rogers represented DHL in that portion of the deal as well as the owner in the new lease agreement. George Kotrogiannis of Jones Lang LaSalle represented AT&T.
