Both purchases will be for $3.5 million. CB Richard Ellis and CB Richard Ellis/New England teamed up to divest the 33,110-square-foot asset in Portsmouth and the 34,960-square-foot 1700 Woodbury.
CBRE's Roger Dieker repped the seller and procured the buyer for the Manchester property, however the Portsmouth property was handled by Kent White. Circuit City famously went bankrupt earlier last yeah, exposing numerous malls to empty retail space.
