CBRE's Global Corporate Services group provides transaction, facilities and project management and strategic consulting services to major occupiers around the world. In her role as the head of GCS, Ehrenberg will lead the group in assisting CBRE's corporate, healthcare and public sector clients who seek change in managing their facilities and related functions as a means to streamline operations and reduce operating expenses.
Ehrenberg previously led the Global Client Services business for Grubb & Ellis, which included property and facility management, transaction management, project management, lease administration and strategic consulting services. William Concannon, president of Global Corporate Services for CBRE, says that facilities management is a highly successful service line for the company and that CBRE expects the service line will "grow more quickly under Maureen's leadership."
According to Karen Ellzey, executive managing director and head of strategic consulting for CBRE, Ehrenberg's appointment comes at a time when the Los Angeles-based company's corporate clients "are looking for every advantage." She says that Ehrenberg brings a combination of technical and strategic expertise that "will enable us to develop the next generation of solutions for our facilities management clients.
