National Government Services Inc. has leased 149,255 square feet throughout the office park. The lease is valued at $10.89 million, according to CTMT executives. Moore and Boyd again represented the property owner, while CRESA Partners Jim Teskey and Allen Trowbridge handled the transaction for National Government Services.
Castleton Park is a 1.1-million-square-foot office park here. It consists of 33 buildings on 120 acres. According to the properties website, it was constructed between 1968 and 1985 and recently underwent interior renovations. The complex, which sits near interstates 465 and 69 and across the street from Castleton Square Mall, features a 20-acre lake as well as a variety of office types.
