The developer, an LLC called HSRE-MRED, is a joint venture between Harrison Street Real Estate Capital of Chicago and Medical Real Estate Development LLC of Menifee, CA. The development site is near the intersection of Sanderson and Stetson avenues.

Eisenhauer notes that the complex is one of the first new medical-office projects to be built in the market in years. The project will consist of four single-story buildings ranging up to 12,850 square feet, as well as four two-story buildings ranging up to 21,000 square feet.

The first phase, which is scheduled to be completed in February 2010, will consist of three buildings totaling 50,579 square feet. Tenants will include Inland Eye Specialists, which will occupy a 12,850-square-foot building near the entrance to the medical campus.

Other members of the project leasing team include John Oien of CBRE's Ontario Healthcare Services Group and Dan Yielding of CBRE's San Diego North office. CBRE's Healthcare Services Group in San Diego County and the Inland Empire currently leases over 1.5 million square feet of medical office space.
