Crum & Foster will occupy 17,198 square feet in the class A office building, moving out of its current headquarters office at 10 S. Wacker Dr.
The new location is within the 40-story, 1.2-million-square-foot structure designed by Helmut Jahn, built in 1982 and underwent a $7-million renovation in 2000.
The lease rate and other terms were not released.
Cushman & Wakefield's J Frank Franzese, Steven Bauer and Natalie Tadin represented the insurance group.
