The South Florida Business Journal notes that the Bonita Springs, FL-based WCI has been selling assets following its emergence from bankruptcy last September. WCI filed Chapter 11 in August 2008. During early November, WCI sold its hotel operating agreement, spa, restaurant, common areas and 18 units at the Resort at Singer Island for $7.1 million.
