"Douglas Centre is an extremely well located and positioned neighborhood center, which has just gotten much stronger by the addition of these two large national credit tenants, which will bring throngs of new customers to the center and surrounding area every day," Caplan says.
Caplan and colleague John Skalla represented the landlord. Dollar Tree was represented by Alex Katz of Millco Investments. Talecris Plasma Resources was represented by Ryan Toland of UGL Equis.
