The lease terms of the deal were not disclosed. The property, which was constructed in 2008 at 2842 Spiegel Dr., does boast a 100% property tax abatement for 15 years and has a Foreign-Trade Zone status.
As part of the deal, Duke Realty plans to purchase an adjacent parcel of land to accommodate Kraft's trailer storage needs. The company will also build out the interior to read it for Kraft's needs.
Rickenbacker 936 sits in the North quadrant of the industrial park. It is accessible by rail, road and air with close proximity to I-70, I-71 and I-270 as well as the Rickenbacker International Airport.
