The new TA Travel Center, which replaces an existing TA Travel Center at the Tejon Industrial Complex, is designed to serve the approximately 121,000 commercial and passenger vehicles passing the location each day. It features a 24-pump Chevron gas station, two food courts including Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Subway and Popeye's Chicken, and a convenience store featuring a TA Café Express.

The center also includes a truck repair and maintenance facilityh with a four-bay truck service center that is open 24-hours, seven days a week. Also located in the shop building are a deli and retail store.

Barry Hibbard, vice president of commercial and industrial development for Tejon Ranch, notes that all of the travel centers at Tejon Industrial Complex utilize new technologies to reduce diesel emissions, conserve energy, recycle waste water and provide efficient freeway connections to reduce congestion.

Other feaures at the site include eight diesel lanes, a 221-space truck parking area, emergency road service through RoadSquad, a TV room, a game room, Interstate WiFi throughout the facility and other amenities. Now that the new center is operational, the former TA facility will be razed and its site prepared for future development of additional commercial space.

On the western side of the freeway, Tejon Industrial Complex also features more than 60 acres of retail offerings, including: a Petro Travel Plaza with Iron Skillet Restaurant, Chevron, Best Western Hotel, In-N-Out Burger, Starbucks, Panda Express, McDonald's, and Wendy's.
