[IMGCAP(2)]Bartholomew, joins Hayes Commercial two weeks after the arrival of James and Christos Celmayster, bringing the number of brokers in the firm to 10 and representing substantial growth for the company, notes founder and partner Steve Hayes. He notes that Bartholomew has been actively involved in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate on the South Coast on a full time basis since 1992, during which he has been directly involved in more than 425 transactions totaling over four million square feet. A significant component of Bartholomew's activity consists of representing nonprofit businesses in the greater Santa Barbara area.
[IMGCAP(3)]James and Christos Celmayster have a combined 40 years of experience on the South Coast and $600 million of transaction volume. The father-and-son pair, who often work together, are now associates with Hayes Commercial. James Celmayster has been active in commercial and investment real estate in the tri-county area since 1977; Christos Celmayster has been involved with the sales and leasing of investment real estate since 2002 and has sold or leased about 110,000 square feet of commercial space during 2009.
