Marcus & Millichap Inks Retail Building Sale

CALDWELL, NJ-The 6,175-square-foot, multi-tenant infill property traded hands for over $1 million.

Seth Pollack, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap's New Jersey office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local retail developer, and senior associate, David Thurston secured and represented the buyer, a local investor, in a 1031 Exchange.

The lawyers on the transaction were Michael Maccarone, Esq., who represented the buyer and Robert David, Esq., who repped the seller.
