Capacity Commercial's concentration is on industrial and office sales, leasing and investment sales. In 2008, the firm completed over 200 transactions valued at more than $265 million, according to Capacity Commercial principal Don Ossey.

Ossey says that the affiliation with Corfac International will provide Capacity Commercial's clients with enhanced market expertise and global reach while allowing the Portland firm to "maintain our entrepreneurial culture and local focus." He adds, "The combination of our senior level group of brokers with Corfac's global platform will better serve our clients well as provide the local expertise and experience to fulfill the requirements of inbound referrals from the network."

Capacity Commercial Group was formed in 2004 by Ossey, Jeff Falconer and Mike Nye. The firm has since grown to a total staff size of 29, with 23 producing brokers and six support staff. Capacity Commercial is run in a team-oriented style by seven partners: Ossey, Falconer and Nye, as well as Scott Madsen, John Kohnstamm, John Fettig and Dave Ellis.
