The lease, terms of which were not disclosed, is the largest industrial lease in Orange County in more than five years, according to the Voit brokers, who are based in the company's Anaheim Metro office.
McDaniel says that, because of the client's high volume of containers, "Lower drayage costs made the Buena Park location more economical than a lower lease rate and higher drayage fees for a facility in the Inland Empire." In addition, this building is close to a large customer of Saddle Creek, McDaniel said.
