According to senior managing director Douglas A. Gaffney, the aggregated lease value exceeded $17 million for a 15-year period. Gaffney adds that he was the sole broker on the deal.
The firm also recently signed a 10-year, 33,000-square-foot office and manufacturing lease for Royle Systems Group at TA Associates' 2 Bauer Dr. in Oakland. According to a recent Cushman & Wakefield report, the Bergen County industrial rental rate is hovering around $6.50 a square foot.
