Residential property manager Wentworth Group is relocating from nearby West Long Branch to accommodate current and future growth needs. The move brings its associates from two separate floors in its current space into one floor at the new location. Monmouth County rental rates are hovering around $18, according to Cushman & Wakefield stats.
Jamie Drummond, managing director of FSW, arranged the lease on behalf of Wentworth Group, while the landlord was represented internally. Although 17-21 Christopher Way is only a few miles from the firm's current location, it provides better highway access, an important associate amenity, Drummond notes.
The new space also allows Wentworth to be a large tenant in a smaller, well-run building, as well as the opportunity for building signage.
