Whitley Collins, Jones Lang LaSalle's senior managing director of brokerage for the Los Angeles Region, cites Ghiselli's experience in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, development, debt and equity financing and asset management. Previously, as EVP of Lincoln Property Co.'s Southern California Region, Ghiselli generated acquisition and development projects exceeding $325 million and oversaw a portfolio of 3.75 million square feet.
Additionally, as owner of Wilshire Property Co., he specialized in acquiring value-added commercial real estate investments in Southern California and Arizona. At Julien J. Studley, Ghiselli closed office leasing transactions in the Los Angeles area in excess of 2.5 million square feet and valued over $1 billion.
