Wychmere Harbor Club Sells

HARWICH PORT, MA-The Cape Cod Times is reporting that an unnamed Boston-based investor is taking over the mixed-use resort.

According to the Times, the property is valued around $22 million, although the sales price was not disclosed as the deal is not closed. The resort consists of a restaurant, the Snow Inn, 11 luxury apartments; with an option to build 29 more.
