Borok has been a member of the CB Richard Ellis' corporate finance group for nearly eight years. He joined CBRE as corporate controller in 2002 and most recently was its chief accounting officer and CFO of Americas operations. He served as interim CFO for three months in late 2008 and early 2009.
The promotion of Borok allows Sulentic to devote his full attention and focus on running the company's day-to-day business operations, CBRE says in a statement. Sulentic has responsibility for all of the Los Angeles-based company's real estate services operations and principal business activities worldwide. The company's global human resources function also reports to him.
