Robinson notes that the assignment to manage the Singer Family property follows another recent property management contract that ARK was awarded to manage a three-building, multi-tenant retail center at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Lakewood Boulevard in Downey that is held by a private owner.In addition to its corporate office in Cardiff by the Sea, ARK opeartes from satellite offices in Orange and Los Angeles counties.
The Downey property is located at the signalized intersection of Imperial Highway and Lakewood Boulevard, with a daily traffic count of more than 70,000 cars and immediate access to the 105 (Century) Freeway as well as connections to the 605, 5 and 71- Freeways.
