Robertson has owned the business park for more than 20 years and is refurbishing the buildings as well as the property to attract and optimize its tenant mix, according to Sami Rasromani, director at Robertson Properties Group. Jennifer Tien, property manager at Essex Realty Management's Irvine office, will be overseeing the management of the business center.
Craig Ersek, , principal and executive vice president of Essex Realty Management, notes that the business center benefits from its location near the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles and the World Cruise Center, where many of the cruise lines debark.
