At Grubb & Ellis, the team of Mike Davis, JP Custodio and Michael Draeger have joined the firm, with Davis and Custodio signing on as vice presidents and Draeger as an associate.

[IMGCAP(2)]Davis spent nearly nine years at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he was an SVP and one of the firm's top brokers in San Mateo County. Custodio began his commercial real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2001 and rose to SVP, having leased and sold more than two million square feet of space throughout the San Francisco Bay area.  Draeger has four years of experience in the industry.

[IMGCAP(3)]At Cresa Partners, the new managing principal is Craig Zodikoff, who formerly held posts as SVP of corporate services at GVA Kidder Matthews and brokerage operations manager for Equis Corp., both in San Francisco.

[IMGCAP(4)]Zodikoff, who is an attorney, has more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, including portfolio strategy, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, build-to-suits, site selection, labor analysis, state and municipal incentives, and dispositions. Before his time with GVA Kidder and Equis, he was a practicing attorney, focusing on corporate law, bankruptcy, and commercial real estate law.

Mike Michaels, a principal of Cresa Partners in San Jose, says the hiring of Zodikoff is a sign that the firm's San Francisco office is poised to grow.
