The industrial team of Zachary Niles and Garrett McClelland is joining 360 Commercial, which Tomaselli, formerly a longtime former Voit Real Estate Services broker, founded recently. Niles will serve as director of 360 Commercial Partners' Industrial Advisory Group, with McClelland as an associate.
[IMGCAP(2)]Niles formerly was a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis in Anaheim for nine years, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. With his team now on board, 360 commercial has five advisory groups specializing in industrial, office, investment, development and consulting for commercial real estate clients.
[IMGCAP(3)]At Grubb & Ellis, McFadden and May are now serving as co-managing directors of the company's Orange County offices in a move that will help to position the company for growth, according to Chuck Hunt, the Santa Ana-based company's executive managing director for Southern California.
[IMGCAP(4)]McFadden is a 24-year veteran of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office who was previously a senior vice president in the company's industrial group.
May is a 20-year industry veteran who joined the Grubb & Ellis Newport Beach office in 2005 as a senior vice president in the office group. McFadden and May are based in Anaheim and Newport Beach, respectively.
