The site was constructed in 2000 on 17.53 acres at 100 Corporate Dr. off the I-495. BJ's is signed in a long-term lease, which typically last 20 years, of which BJ's is in its tenth year at the property.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P.'s Coleman Benedict and Ben Sayles repped the seller and procured the buyer, while senior managing director Fred Wittmann secured the acquisition loan for the buyer.
