Rosten says that the addition of the Landry team also underscores Kennedy Wilson's commitment to the Las Vegas market. "Marge's knowledge will help the company to continue taking advantage of growth opportunities," he says.

Landry brings 30 years of commercial real estate management, sales, leasing and marketing experience to Kennedy Wilson. She and her associates joined forces in 1999 to form a full service real estate company focused on servicing a wide range of properties, managing a total of 2.5 million square feet, which creates a combined 4.5 million square feet in Las Vegas for Kennedy Wilson. Before forming Landry & Associates, she was president of Colliers International's asset management division and senior vice president of leasing and marketing for the Vista Group.

For Landry & Associates, Landry says, joining Kennedy Wilson "will allow me to offer an even higher level of service to my clients." Landry, who serves as secretary/treasurer of Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), is also a member of NAIOP, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Southern Nevada Chapter of CCIM.
