The 100,000-square-foot portion will be rejiggered into a multi-tenant space, while the remaining 175,000 square feet will be turned into the medical office piece. Wearbrand will be leasing back 45,000 square feet and Tricore Solutions is signed on to take 14,000 square feet by relocating its headquarters from Quincy.
