The building has international and local retail stores and a few entertainment facilities, such as a 10-screen cinema, restaurants, bowling, a children's area, fitness facilities and an arcade. Frances Whiting, manager, said the property sets a benchmark for retail in the city. Tenants include Zara, Gap, Sephora, Nike, Addidas and Benetton.
David Davidov, director of commercial brokerage services at Colliers International Bulgaria, said in a statement that the market has been quite cautious during the past 18 months. However, he said this new center has high occupancy. "We are confident and extremely pleased to have secured a very strong tenancy mix for the Mall, one that will secure its leadership position in the market," Davidov said. His firm also manages other area centers, including Bulgaria Mall, Grand Plaza Rousse, Mall Pleven, Park Mall Stara Zagora and the new Grand Mall in Varna, to be opened this summer.
