IRVING, TX-Liquid Environmental Solutions of Texas has outgrown its existing headquarters space and has leased 30,458 square feet at 7651 Esters Blvd. for its new home.
Currently, Liquid Environmental Solutions occupies two administrative and sales offices in the Dallas area. The company is one of the nation’s largest providers of non-hazardous wastewater collection and disposal services. It will serve clients in 23 states from its new headquarters, according to Howard Watkins of Transwestern Commercial Services.
Watkins represented the tenant in the lease negotiations, while the landlord, Operating Engineers Fund, was represented by Rick Rensi and Dennis Barnes of CB Richard Ellis.
“The new headquarters location will be a fairly significant increase in size,” Watkins tells GlobeSt., adding that Liquid Environmental Solutions evaluated several submarkets across the Metroplex. “All of the new space is located on one floor, which promotes teamwork.”
Liquid Environmental Solutions is scheduled to move into its new headquarters on June 1. Built in 2002, the two-story, class B building offers roughly 77,000 square feet. “Overall, this deal was an excellent culmination of production type, location, accessibility, economics and timing,” Watkins says.
