It is a boutique hotel featuring what the new owners call "playful amenties" such as retro-style furnishings and board games in each guest room.
The Best Western Carriage Inn, at 140 Seventh St., is a literary-themed hotel "profiling San Francisco’s eccentric luminaries in each guest room and providing a glimpse of San Francisco’s notorious and diverse counterculture," Haiyi says.
