KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-Tosoh Bioscience LLC has completed its move to Liberty Property Trust's 3604 Horizon Dr. here. The tenant--which picked up 13,493 square feet of space at Renaissance Park--relocated from Montgomeryville, PA.
“As more life science and biotech firms continue to grow in a challenging market, Liberty can offer flexible plug-and-play lab space in both Renaissance Park and Great Valley Corporate Center to help them meet their needs for expanded work environments," Tom Sklow, vice president and city manager at Liberty Property Trust, tells GlobeSt.com.
Tosoh chose Renaissance Park for its central location as well as ease of access for its employees and customers, particularly from the Philadelphia International Airport. The newly leased will house four laboratories in addition to offices for Tosoh’s marketing, sales and technical support personnel. The expanded laboratory space will enable the tenant to offer seminars and training sessions and demonstrate instruments used in clinical laboratories for its East Coast customers.
