The company has finished more than 100 homes on the property, as well as two golf courses and a marina. A company spokesman tells GlobeSt.com that more homes are under construction, with a total of 1,500 homes expected when the project is complete. The marina village is also underway, he says, and will feature more than 200,000 square feet of retail and hotel property, at a cost of about $300 million.
The marina, the second in the region, will be able to berth more than 400 boats, the spokesman said. The first hotel flag will be announced in by the fall, he said.
