WARSAW-Mostostal Warszawa SA has agreed to expand its space at the Adgar complex here, by leasing about 35,000 square feet of office in the new Adgar Plaza B building B. This the first lease signed in the 145,000-square-foot tower, one of two new 10-story office buildings on the 420,000-square-foot Adgar campus.
Mostostal’s growth pushed the demand for more space, said Wlodzimierz Wozniakowski, member of the management board and financial director for the company, in a statement. “Based on our long and good relationship with Adgar we have made the decision to extend our cooperation and rent an additional three floors in their newly-finished project,” he said in statement. The company will move into its new space in September.
The Adgar campus includes the two new office buildings that make up almost 300,000 square feet, as well as the 207,000-square-foot Adgar Business Center. Other tenants of the complex include Antalis Poland, the Credit Information Bureau, Map Polska, Schneider Electric, the Public Procurement office and the Polish subsidiaries of Adgar Investments & Development Ltd. The complex is in the Mokotow Business District, and is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
