PHILADELPHIA-America’s Capital Partners, the owner of Downtown’s Two Liberty Place skyscraper, are putting the office portion of the building on the market, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. Floors three through 36, a total of 933,548 square feet, could command as much as $180 million, the article says.

Miami-based America’s Capital bought the 1.2-million-square-foot building in 2005 for $151 million. The top floors of the 57-story asset were since converted into residential condos. Cigna Corp. and law firm Buchanan Ingersoll are among Two Liberty’s major tenants; Unisys C orp. recently decided not to renew 90,000 square feet, which currently remains vacant, the report says.
