PARSIPPANY, NJ-Colliers International has completed a 19,379-square-foot renewal on behalf of law firm Lum, Drasco & Positan at 103 Eisenhower Pkwy., also known as Mack-Cali's Eisenhower Corporate Center here.
The Colliers International leasing team of Bryn Cinque and Jim Bailey represented the tenant. They note that Mack-Cali, which was represented internally by Richard Travaglini, was a key contributor in the renewal process.
“Lum, Drasco & Positan have a strong relationship with Mack-Cali and wanted to remain in the building,” says Cinque, executive managing director with the New Jersey office. “Renewing in the well-positioned and maintained space also provides operational continuity for both their clients and employees.”
Mack-Cali’s Eisenhower Corporate Center is a strategically located, 150,000-square-foot office complex with access to I-280 and Eisenhower Parkway. Building amenities include food service, covered parking and on-site management. Other tenants include Mazie Slater, Nagel Rice and FBR Group.
