DALLAS-If you're an investor looking for assets in the upper end of the student housing spectrum, there might not be much out there to buy. "We are not seeing a substantial amount of our core investment targets come to market," said Michael Zaransky, co-chief executive officer of Prime Property Investors. "There has been a difference between buyers and sellers in terms of price expectation."

Zaransky spoke with GlobeSt.com Editor John Salustri here at the recent RealShare Student Housing conference.
