NEW YORK CITY-Non-traded REITs might be a hot investment choice in this economy becuase of their stability compared to other more volatile avenues, like the stock market, says Greg Genovese, chief executive and president of Pacfic Valley Realty Capital. Genovese, a former executive at Thompson National Properties, also said that his firm is targetting distressed assets for good returns on investment.
