HELSINKI-Kesko, Kesko Pension Fund and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Co. have established a new firm, Kruunuvuoren Satama, which has purchased eight retail properties from Kesko and seven from its pension fund for a total $233 million.
The sold properties will be leased back to Kesko
